How does setup and breakdown work?
We will arrive about an hour before your event starts to setup. We will then return after your 4 hour rental period to start the breakdown process. We kindly ask that you have the area where the soft play set will be going all cleared and ready to go. Please make sure the space is free of dirt, rocks and sticks (if outside) and grass is cut down. Additionally, we ask that all ball pit balls be returned inside the ball pit before we arrive to pack up.
What are the rules?
We ask that all shoes be removed and stored in the provided shoe rack before entering the play space. Children 5 and under only. No food, drinks, face paint, silly string or anything sharp that could potentially damage/stain our equipment. Adult supervision is required at all times. Please be aware we do NOT set up at any events that have water elements or face paint. Those can be extremely damaging to our equipment.
How do I book?
To book your event please send us an inquiry through our contact form on this site. We will check our calendar to make sure the date is free and respond within 24 hours. From there we require a deposit to hold your date that is 50% of your package price. The remaining amount is due a week before your event. Deposits are nonrefundable. Upon securing your date you will be sent an invoice, contract & waiver that needs to be e-signed! NO dates are held until deposit is paid and forms are signed and returned.
Are there any additional fees?
Pint Sized Play will require an additional $150 security deposit that is collected at set up. Security deposit will be returned within 24 hours of pickup after a thorough inspection is completed of our equipment and we deem that no damages have incurred. A delivery fee of $1.25/mile round trip will be applied for events located more than 15 miles from us.
Are you insured?
Yes! Pint Sized Play is licensed & insured in the states of Massachusetts and Connecticut. We took the extra steps to put your minds at ease with your little ones. We know just how special your kiddos are and would never risk safety or cut corners.
